About Me

Sudeep Singh is a senior Indian public sector leader with over 30 years of experience in national food security, governance, and large-scale public administration. He managed large budgets, coordinated with state agencies, supervised logistics and warehousing systems, and worked to improve transparency and operational efficiency across the organisation. He also played a key role in ensuring uninterrupted food supply across the country during the COVID-19 crisis.

In addition to his operational leadership, Sudeep Singh contributed at the policy level. He served as Secretary to the Board of Directors at FCI, supporting governance and compliance processes. He represented India at the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva on matters related to public stockholding and also participated in discussions at the International Grains Council (IGC) in London.

Earlier in his career, he worked with the Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA), where he contributed to renewable energy and rural electrification initiatives.

Academically, he holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance and a Master’s degree in Microbiology. This combination of scientific and management education gave him a balanced and multidisciplinary approach to public sector leadership.
